I am enamored by the grandeur of the Sawtooths, the White Clouds, and other mountains in Idaho, and awed by the gashes across the landscape that caused canyons and waterfalls to form.

Looking beyond the bigness, there are precious treasures, such as Christ’s paintbrush, which is only found on Mount Harrison, and the Steer’s Head wildflower that is so well camouflaged in the dirt and rocks at the City of Rocks that you might step on it and never see the perfect little steer’s head.

This blog is dedicated to all the wonders found in Idaho and beyond.
